Arahmaiani行為藝術工作坊 Performance Art Workshop

Arahmaiani為印尼著名當代藝術家，創作媒材廣泛如行為藝術，繪畫，裝置，錄像，詩，舞蹈與音樂。第50屆威尼斯雙年展印尼國家館參展藝術家之一。其作品關注當代政治，暴力，對資本主義的批判，婦女身體及其身為穆斯林卻綜合信仰伊斯蘭，印度教，佛教與萬物有靈的身分認同問題。她常藉公眾現身機會提醒大家注意暴力問題以及印尼伊斯蘭社會對婦女的暴力與歧視問題。911之後，除了持續批判伊斯蘭外，她也奮力抵抗外界對伊斯蘭的廣泛污名化。2010年起，她在西藏與喇嘛針對環境議題展開合作項目。

阿川行為群負責人同時也是行為藝術家的葉子啟曾參與Arahmaiani在新加坡帶領的行為藝術工作坊，在宛如靜坐修行的過程中遭逢自己的初心如沐春風。今年很榮幸邀請到她來台南參展與帶領工作坊，喜愛行為藝術的人千萬千萬千－－－萬不能錯過。
